Proximity and authenticity in old Aix-en-Provence Well designed and updated apartment conveniently located in AIx. All the needed amenities with a nice back terrace. Restaurants, shops and boulangeries just steps away. Loved the access to the markets held on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday in Place Verdun. Freshest vegetables, spices, meats, seafood, etc. Very responsive property managers. Would highly recommend if looking for central location in AIx and access around Provence.

This absolutely beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment in the center of the old town is a gem. It had everything our group of 4 needed- lovely, comfortable bedrooms, & beds, a divine, deep tub and a large outdoor loggia surrounded by pots of olives & flowering rosemary. Laurent was very responsive to our many questions and could not have been nicer to deal with. We absolutely loved it ! Many thanks...

The location of the apartment was perfect (2-3 blocks from the epicenter of Aix). The apartment was spacious, full of light and had a huge terrace. One will not say "I wish it had this or that". The kitchen and baths were modern and spacious. A bakery is located three doors down which is one of the highest rated in the area (artisan bread, gluten free options, etc. - we went daily). Laurent was extremely attentive. The internet went down one evening and within 10-minutes Laurent replied to our text with detailed instructions regarding how to reset it. Easy fix. The offsite parking was a 5-minute walk away and very secure. We'll be back for certain. Thanks Laurent!

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay in this spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment. Minutes from the cours Mirabeau, the heart of the historic city center and a market, steps from 3 different boulangeries/pâtisseries (no less), this apartment on the first floor of an historic building is wonderfully located. We enjoyed the terrace for breakfast and our evening meals. Also, Laurent a pleasure to deal with. They showed a lot a patience and understanding with our planning modifications due to the strikes affecting train schedules that month. It was a wonderful vacation and we definitely will be back.

What a great apartment! Even nicer than the photos. Very centrally located in the old city and ideal for those who want to walk to have everything at your doorstep. Fully equipped in every way. Great kitchen. TV worked well and bonus built in Sonos system was excellent! Best part was probably the large outdoor patio complete with covered dining area. So green, private, quite and peaceful to relax in the sun outdoors yet be right in the city. Three bedrooms and bathrooms were separated from main living area by door that was great for us to put kids to bed and be able to stay up and enjoy the space while they slept/napped. We did not find the street noise loud at all. Heads up that if you drive, the apartment is in a zone that is car restricted so will need to plan loading/unloading with Lea and Kim to ensure you get temp access pass and parking arranged. Parking is 5 min walk from apartment. All of it was fine in the end - and as described in the posting...just take into account for arrival/departure. Laurent was wonderful host. Very prompt and clear communicators and provided all the help we needed without any sort of intrusion. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Highly recommend and will definitely rent from him again when we are back. Five stars. Thanks Laurent. See you again!

We cannot say enough about how great this apartment was. It was beautifully decorated and within walking distance to everything in old town Aix. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor space is perfect for a sunny day. We would absolutely stay here again!
